The new 30,000-square-foot facility will be built at the Nashville Business Center. This significant investment is expected to create 24 permanent full-time jobs with an average salary exceeding $60,000.

As part of an incentive package with Nash County and the town of Nashville, BuildLabs is set to receive up to 50% of its ad valorem taxes over five years, demonstrating a strong partnership aimed at mutual growth. Chugh highlighted the strategic choice of Nashville, citing, “We chose this location because of the quality workforce in the Research Triangle area and all the nearby colleges. We’re looking for forward-thinking individuals eager to contribute to our innovative approach.”
The new facility will be constructed using BuildLabs-manufactured components, aligning with the company’s philosophy of integrating traditional construction methods with modern innovations. Chugh also noted, “We aim to reignite the philosophy of the master builder, focusing on continuous innovation rather than just quick fixes.”
